A NEW LODGE FARM EVENTS HOG ROAST

 

Traditional Free Range Spit Roast Pig - the most popular catering option in our range!

 

Our Local Pigs are Spit Roasted whole ( ie turning slowly all the time whilst cooking )  for 7 hours plus to produce succulent Pulled Pork ready to be served with homemade sage & onion stuffing, bramley apple sauce, crunchy crackling in a freshly baked bread roll held in a napkin or straight onto your plate if salad options are used. 

 

SERVING OPTIONS:

 

Typically a hog roast can feed between 50-200 people ( but bare in mind many people come back for seconds!)

For larger occasions New Lodge Farm Events can and has catered for upwards of 800 guests.

 

For formal events or where you want to be completely hassle free New Lodge Farm can provide a Chef and a Server to take care of everything. 

 

Freshly made salad accompaniments can also be provided. For example; Potato salad, Spicy couscous, Waldorf, Tomato / feta / olive salad or a rich Coleslaw. 

 

Homemade Puddings are also available and will provide a perfect end to any meal.

 

HAVE SOME FUN BY CARVING YOUR OWN PIG ?

 

Delivered to you with one hour of cooking remaining, training in the art of carving is given and you get on with the fun with your friends.

LAMB ROAST - very popular for smaller parties and events. 

 

Home Reared Lamb fed on Grass and Clover straight from our Farm.

 

Our lambs are Spit Roasted for 3 hours to produce tender and flavoursome meat ready to be served with Mint Sauce and either a freshly baked bread roll or straight onto the plate.

 

Typically a lamb feeds up to 40 people, but more can be catered for if required. 

 

Choose some of our Simple Mediterranean salads to complement the Lamb. 

 

As before, New Lodge Farm Events can carve and serve the Lamb Roast or the self-serve option is avaliable.

BEEF ROAST -  Bred and Reared on the Farm. 

 

Our very own Pedigree Aberdeen Angus Leg of Beef is spit roasted on the bone for 10 hours and combines perfectly with Horseradish or Mustard condiments. Serve it into a roll or onto a plate for this mouth watering experience. 

 

The Beef Roast feeds up to 120 people but more can be catered for if required. 

 

New Lodge Farm always cooks ,carves and serves the Beef Roast as it takes a good deal of skill and experience !

 

Side Salads are very popular with this classic Beef Roast - a perfect way to impress your guests!
